The African American Nonprofit Network (AANN) is a unique resource — one that’s designed to share opportunities, build relationships, and ultimately strengthen the National Capital Region’s nonprofit sector by connecting experienced and talented African Americans with nonprofit organizations seeking new leadership.

Through our website, AANNexchange.org, and a variety of network services and resources, we enable:

• Experienced professionals to advance their careers by sharing rewarding new opportunities in nonprofit management;
• Individuals with strong leadership skills to make a difference in their community by matching them with nonprofit boards that share their commitment and interests; and
• Nonprofit organizations to gain new perspectives and create innovative programs by expanding their level of multiracial leadership.
